ATTLEBORO 13, NORTH ATTLEBORO 7

Attleboro junior Michael Strachan Jr. hauled in an interception in the end zone to seal the win for the Bombardiers, snapping a three-game losing skid on the holiday. Strachan also scored the first touchdown of the game, running it out from five yards out in the first quarter. The visitors extended their lead to 13-0 when Jason Weir broke free for a 52-yard rush. Jared Penta scored on a 3-yard run in the second quarter to cut the deficit in half. There was no scoring in the second half.

2018

North ATTLEBORO 20, ATTLEBORO 7

Freshman Tyler DeMattio took over under center in the second half for the Rocketeers and went on to score three touchdowns to pace the Rocketeers to their third straight win on Thanksgiving. DeMattio broke free for touchdown runs of 85, seven, and 90 in the second half. Justin Cote had a 2-yard touchdown rush in the first half for Attleboro.

2017

North ATTLEBORO 14, ATTLEBORO 6

Chad Peterson connected with Nolan Buckley for a 3-yard touchdown and Zach DeMattio plunged in from five yards out as North Attleboro won its second straight meeting on the holiday. Cam Furtado had a 10-yard touchdown pass to Justin Cote to give Attleboro an early lead.

2016

North ATTLEBORO 41, ATTLEBORO 13

It was the 100th overall meeting between the two schools, and 97th version on Thanksgiving Day. Bobby Mylod and Nick Rajotte each rushed for two touchdowns, Kyle McCarthy ran one in and Chad Peterson tossed one touchdown.

2015

ATTLEBORO 34, NOTTH ATTLEBORO 21

After falling to the Rocketeers in the regular season, Attleboro extracted some revenge behind three touchdowns from Brendan Nunes (two rushing, one receiving) and sophomore QB Cam Furtado rushed for a pair of touchdowns. North Attleboro sophomore QB Chad Peterson threw for two touchdowns.

2014

NORTH ATTLEBORO 29, ATTLEBORO 27 (OT)

North Attleboro’s Kyle Chretien returned a blocked extra point in overtime and Justin Gallagher found Ridge Olsen on a 12 yard pass for the dramatic win.

Attleboro picked up its first win on Thanksgiving since 2008 behind two touchdowns from quarterback Tim Walsh and running back Damon Belin.

2012

North Attleboro 38, Attleboro 14

North Attleboro quarterback Ryan Perron tossed three touchdowns, ran for one more and was named the Offensive Player of the Game.

2011

North Attleboro 14, Attleboro 7

Spyro Varetimos accounted for both of the Rocketeers touchdowns to be named Offensive Player of the Game.

2010

This remains the highest scoring game in Hockomock Thanksgiving history. Paul McCarthy had four touchdowns for the Rocketeers while JJ Jolaoso had three scores for the Bombardiers.
